Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dr. TrueLine platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SToMA Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Dr. TrueLine provides sports betting analytics, statistical modeling, and related informational content. The Service generates model-based line estimates and identifies potential discrepancies between our calculations and sportsbook-posted lines. All content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Dr. TrueLine is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and is not licensed as a sports betting operator in any jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether sports betting is legal where you reside.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@drtrueline.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, including fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, unlawful conduct, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Service. Termination decisions will not be based solely on a customer's honest review or criticism. Refund eligibility is governed solely by our Refund Policy below.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

The Service offers a free 7-day trial, after which continued access to paid features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6. Refund Policy

Except where required by law or platform rules, subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period.

7. Not Financial or Gambling Advice

All content, analysis, picks, projections, and recommendations provided through the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on Dr. TrueLine constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any specific wager. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves substantial risk. You may lose money. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content from the Service without our written permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) share your account credentials with others.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, models, methodologies, software, design, and trademarks associated with Dr. TrueLine are the exclusive property of SToMA Digital LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service or its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOMA DIGITAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR WAGERED FUNDS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
